Gallbladder is situated under the liver and it is shaped like a pear. Its main function is to store bile produced by the liver. Gallbladder is basically stimulated by our action of eating. The gall bladder diet also advises to exclude the food like, high-fat milk, cheese, chocolate, eggs, citrus fruits, coffee and carbonated drinks since they are very harmful for the liver and thus affects the gallbladder.
